Growing up in our family Coffee’s a rite of passage.  Lavonne kept the tradition going with my brothers and I.  Working over 20 years in the service industry health issues grew more intense, not just for Lavonne but for myself as well. Stomach and digestive issues became just the start. Lavonne's daughter Monique started to learn of healthier options that would ultimately lead to an all vegan lifestyle change. One day during a mother daughter Coffee date the idea sparked in my mind. Mom lets open a coffee shop that could help people like us, working in the service industry has taken a toll on our bodies we should inform others about help and provide them with a healthier option. Lavonne replied after countless hours of work, there isn’t enough time in a day daughter. Lavonne’s health quickly became an issue, after losing the battle to cancer I never lost sight of the dream. The day Lavonne took her last breathe was the start of Von’s Coffee Shoppe. Our promise to healthier choices continues to keep other hard working individuals like the mother/daughter duo moving throughout the world. All of our ingredients are centered around healthier Options including vegan, and some gluten free options.
